FAQs
OK so how does this all work?
It’s quite simple, pick out a design that you like, put together a folder of images that you’d like in your zine, think of some copy, or special momentos you’d like in the zine and answer the post-purchase questionnaire. In about 4-weeks time, you’ll have a high-quality Vogue-style magazine shipped to your coffee table.
What quality of photos do you recommend?
Like classic Italian cooking, what you put in, is what you get out. The more tasteful the photos, the more tasteful the zine! Don’t worry too much about the image file size, if something doesn’t work for print, we won’t include it (I told you we were professionals).
What do you recommend including in the shared folder?
Well photos are a no brainer. But the more out of the box things you include, the more fun we can have creating your zine. For example, stories from your event, your wedding vows, quotes you live your life by are all great to share! We’ve even had folks mail us physical objects from their event (coasters, Polaroids, matchbooks, plane tickets, invitations).
Do film photos work?
We are old school at heart and our favorite way to capture the world is on film. If you are dropping your film off with the developer, ask them to scan your negatives at their ‘mid-tier’ file size for best results.
I’m out of LoveZine copies, can I order more?
We get this all the time! Yes, we can always print more copies for you. See our ‘extra copies’ product page to place an order.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our product being completely custom-made for you, we cannot accept returns, unless a package was damaged in transit. You will receive a proof before we print your LoveZine. We offer 1 round of revisions complimentary, and we will not send to print until you are 100% satisfied with your zine (we want you to love it!).
Tell us more about your revision process…
We offer 1 round of revisions complimentary, and we will not send to print until you are 100% satisfied with your zine (we want you to love it!). Additional revisions past the first round will be billed at a rate of $100/hr.
